s         Provide review of Electrical System Coordination Studies to ensure electrical system fault will be cleared at the proper device and to ensure system has proper protection to be connected to utility system.

s         Providing assistance to the field offices in review and analysis of Arc Flash Analysis studies to assess proper PPE and working clearances for working on electrical distribution systems.  These studies also provide safety boundary for workers where PPE is not required

s         Construction sites visits to evaluate all phases of electrical construction to insure technical accuracy for functional requirements, quality of materials, proper construction methods and furnishes engineering advice and guidance to field offices personnel.

s         Perform Government quality assurance activities such as site inspections and testing of electrical systems. During inspections observes other phases of construction for improper procedures, defective materials or workmanship, and other discrepancies. Provide filed office with a report stating deficiencies and code volitions with applicable references to Codes, Specs, Drawing, etc.

s         Make independent complex technical recommendations to senior construction division leadership that could have significant impact on the success of MILCON and other construction programs.

s         Served as Team Leader/Member on Internal ISO Audits of Field and Resident Offices and providing feedback on areas needing improvement to maintain the ISO 9001 certification to GS13/14 level supervisors.

s         Responsible for having a complete knowledge and for the strict enforcement of safe practices and safety regulations
